PROGRAM ANALYST (REAL ESTATE)
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (REAL ESTATE) in the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment), ASN (EI&E) of WASHINGTON DC.
- You will develop and recommend policies and procedures for Navy and Marine Corps acquisition, management and disposal of real estate and other areas as assigned.
- You will utilize comprehensive long term planning to execute oversight for the acquisition, disposal and optimal utilization of the Department of the Navy’s real estate holdings.
- You will analyze and resolve conflicts in policy and program objectives and/or problems in very complex or controversial transactions involving negotiations.
- You will prepare final study reports and decision briefings on major planning and programming strategies.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience recommending policy or procedure changes on acquisition, management and disposal of real estate. Experience evaluating a variety data that relates to the ownership and/or use of real property to develop guidance. Experience preparing study reports and/or decision briefings on major planning and programming strategies related to real property transactions.
